FLiP FACULTY APPROVED FAMILY LAW SUPERVISOR - JEANNE ZIMINSKI UKCP
I am a registered systemic psychotherapist with UKCP, an Association for Family Therapy accredited supervisor and have undertaken the FLiP faculty conversion training in order to supervise Family Lawyers.
I began my career as a mobility officer for visually impaired people, and a social worker working in social care and child mental health services. For the last 20 years I have worked as a systemic psychotherapist with families and couples in NHS child and adult mental health services, as well as training family therapists and acting as a clinical supervisor for the Institute of Family Therapy Masters programme. During this time I have also very much valued the experience of receiving supervision in order to provide the best service I can to my clients.
Alongside my clinical work I offer systemic supervision to systemic psychotherapists, practitioners and allied professionals in health, social care and education. I see supervision as a reflective conversation, a protected and re-energising space, in which supervisees are able to explore and reconsider their personal responses to professional dilemmas.
