PERSONALITY PREFERENCES COURSE - MBTI WORKSHOP 

Course Summary 
This is a practical workshop which involves some short inputs, personal reflection time and small group work. It is designed for those who want to explore their own personality preferences alongside those of others in order to be more effective in all aspects of everyday life. There will be opportunity to listen to others who gather information and make decisions from a different point. 

Speaker - Sue Wilson 

Susan was introduced to the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) in 1995 by the Head of Management Training when she was one of the radio Trainers at the BBC. 
 
On leaving the BBC in 1997 she trained to become a registered MBTI Practitioner and since then has delivered training workshops and individual guidance to numerous people using this valuable instrument. She has been running courses as a freelance trainer since then for Charity workers, Churches, Head Teachers, people at crossroads in their careers, managers, university graduates and lawyers. 

Who is this course for / Who should attend? 

The course is suitable for those who have attended the Introduction to MBTI half day session and then lived with the new found knowledge for a few weeks. It is aimed at those who are wanting to develop and understand themselves and others so that they are free to be the best person they can be.
